Services
Miconstruct offers a wide range of processing services for various materials, especially metal:
Water jet cutting
We offer waterjet cutting services for any type of material, ensuring a precise, tilt-free cut. This technology uses a thin jet of water at extremely high pressure, capable of cutting the most complex pieces with precision.
The water jet leaves the cutting head at a speed more than twice that of sound, and by adding an abrasive, it can cut almost any solid material (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, composite materials, glass, treated steel, stone, plastic, etc.) with a thickness of up to 135 mm.
We can perform cutting to the highest quality, depending on customer requests, for materials with dimensions up to 4000 x 2000 mm.
A great advantage of waterjet cutting is that it does not alter the physical and chemical characteristics of the material, making it ideal for processing those sensitive to temperature or mechanical stress.
In addition, this method allows for complex cuts to be made with perfectly smooth edges, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective process.
Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting is an efficient and versatile technology used to cut any conductive metal, including steel, aluminum, brass, titanium and copper, regardless of thickness, thanks to advanced fiber technology.
This process is achieved by a rapid jet of hot plasma, which can reach temperatures of up to 25,000°C, ensuring precise and fast cutting. Due to its ability to process materials of various sizes and thicknesses, plasma cutting is one of the most popular cutting methods available.

Not only industry benefits from this technology, but also small entrepreneurs or specialists who need an efficient solution for complex works. Compared to other methods, plasma cutting stands out for its high speed and precision of execution. The process can be performed manually, using plasma jet cutting inverters, or automated, using CNC tables.
Through plasma cutting technology we can cut steel with thicknesses between 1 mm and 15 mm and stainless steel with thicknesses between 1 mm and 8 mm, with a precision of 0.5 mm. The maximum dimensions of the parts are 12000 x 2500 mm.
Variant: Oxy-fuel cutting The alternative offered by the plasma cutting machine is the oxy-fuel cutting head, which can cut steel with large thicknesses, between 8 mm and 120 mm.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting is a high-precision, fast and efficient cutting process that ensures smooth edges and high-quality cuts. It is performed with a high-power laser with excellent focus, and the high precision of the cuts is guaranteed by computer control and the use of a narrow, focused beam.
Laser equipment can process a wide range of materials, mainly metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, brass, copper), but also plastics or ceramics.
The advantages of laser cutting include:
- Precise, high-quality cuts, even on complex designs
- High processing speed
- Minimized material damage due to low thermal effect, and the cut edge remains smooth
- The ability to produce consistent cuts, which allows for mass production with minimal effort Energy efficiency
- Safety for operators
This technology is essential in industries that require high-precision machining, such as medical, electronics, automotive, and aerospace.
Materials with dimensions up to 4000 x 2000 mm and thicknesses of:
- 35 mm for stainless steel sheet 14
- 20 mm for carbon steel sheet O2, for stainless steel sheet N2, for aluminum sheet N2
- 8 mm for O2 copper sheet and N2 brass sheet.
